Event Information and Frequently Asked Questions Reserved Seating: (Reserved Seating is for the Crop Area Only.) Each table will seat a maximum of 4 attendees. If your group is larger than 4 we will do our best to seat the additional members next to each other. (Groupings of four) Seating is assigned on a first in first serve basis. We will do our best to accommodate the needs of your group. January 1,2009 is the deadline for group seating. We will not be able to guarantee group assigned seating for groups over 4 after this date.
Scrapbook Totes: We ask that you DO NOT bring your Scrapbook totes such as Crop N Style, Generations, Wagons and others to class with you. Space is limited and there is not enough room to store them inside the class room. These items are welcome in the Cropping Hall.
Radios: Please do not bring personal radios into the Crop Hall, there will be an overhead system in use and additional music will be a distraction to your neighbors. (Personal media players with headphones are allowed.)
EXTENDED Crop Hall Hours: On Friday Night the Crop Hall doors will open at 10:00a.m. and remain open until 12:00a.m. *Games and activities will be held from 7:00pm - 9:00pm. On Saturday Night the Crop Hall doors will open at 9:00a.m. and remain open until 12:00a.m. Weekend VIP Pass holders will have access to the Crop Hall beginning Friday at 12:00p.m.. You will be able to crop all day Saturday at your leisure. Activities will resume in the evening from 7:00pm - 9:00pm.
*Please be sure to bring a sweater or sweatshirt as the temperature in the hotel will fluctuate and we want everyone to be comfortable.
Children: Children 12 years of age and older may attend as a paid participant as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 12 will not be permitted in the crop hall, crop parties, or technique classes. Vendor Faire: Children 10 years of age and under = Free Admittance.
Cancellation Policy Crop Cancellations made before December 15, 2008 will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee per person. There will be no refunds for any crop party, class, or VIP pass made after December 15,2008.
What will be happening at the 6th annual NHSC? Attendees can shop at the vendor faire on Friday, February 20th 4-8pm and on Saturday the 21st 9am-5pm (admission is $5.00 per day), choose from a variety of exciting classes, test your skill while creating different make-n-takes, enjoy two cropping parties, and participate in product demonstrations using the latest & greatest scrapbook/rubber stamp techniques in the industry. * Vendors with a " * " net to their listing on the exhibitor page will be open during the crop parties...for extended shopping hours. *Weekend Attendees will receive a Goodie Bag upon arrival. Inside you will find a variety of goodies donated by our generous sponsors. *Crop attendees will be free to crop at their leisure. A variety of fun games, and activities will take place during Crop Party hours. *During the day there will be drawings for instant giveaways. Our ever popular scrap-in-seat game will be played Friday and Saturday at the Vendor Faire. Code Phrase "BLING." Every time you hear these words over the microphone, be sure to make a (safe) dash to a color coded chair. Please remain seated while we call out the color of the winning chair. (Be sure to check with the registration desk to see if your name/number has been drawn as a prize winner throughout the day.) Kiss and Tell Free News Letter/Email Update!
