Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before December 15,2008 will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee per person. There will be no refunds for any crop party, class, vendor faire tickets or VIP passes made after December 15,2008.

You may register before classes have been posted.

Class requests will be made on a "first in first serve basis."

Crop Hall & Weekend Pricing

Evening activities:

Crop Party games, prizes, and giveaways will take place between 7:30pm - 9:00pm on Friday and Saturday Night. We will be keeping this short and sweet so that you may enjoy uninterrupted scrap time.

Each weekend attendee will receive a bracelet to wear during their stay with us. This bracelet will be your ticket to breakfast as well as your ticket into the Crop Hall.

Be sure to reserve your crop space as the Saturday Crop has become a "sold out" event.

The vendor faire will open at 4:00pm on Friday

*"Save Green" - Early Bird Registration valid until 10/10/08 then price will increase to $120.00
